We install ADA compliant bathrooms for an organization called Adaptive Modification for the City of Philadelphia and many of the homeowners in this program are elderly or very low income. More often than not, many of these clients have been waiting over a year for their paperwork to get approved by the city and for us to get the “ok” to begin their job. Around this time of year we sorta feel like Santa when we get to call a homeowner and tell them that we will be starting their new bathroom!
Below is the most recent bathroom install we did. The homeowner needed a full bathroom on the first floor and as we all know it is tough to give up precious first floor square footage in a Philadelphia row home. But as you can see by the photos, Bob did a great job of maximizing the space and creating a beautiful ADA compliant bathroom that will change the homeowners life for the better for many years to come.
